Juniors
We have 2 great options for Under 18s, with a Craigend Junior and Junior Section.
Craigend Junior membership is open to boys and girls aged between 5 and 11 and includes access to Royal Troon’s 6 hole Craigend Course, regular fun Sunday competitions throughout the year and participation in both the Golf Sixes League and Scottish Junior Flag Competition.
Junior membership is open to girls aged between 12 and 17 and includes access to Royal Troon’s 6 hole Craigend Course. Girls with valid club handicaps or written permission from the Royal Troon professional may play on the Portland Course, and with a valid handicap may play in all club competitions.

Meet Hazel McGarvie
Hazel joined Troon Ladies Golf Club in 2008 when she was 8 years old. Hazel has had many career highlights, including representing both the Scottish and GB & Ireland Girls Teams, winning the Scottish Girls title in 2016 and the British Universities Order of Merit Championship in 2019. As a senior Hazel was a member of the victorious Scottish Ladies team in the 2018 Home Internationals, was the St Rule Trophy Champion in 2019 with a tournament record score of 18 under par and was first travelling reserve for the 2020/21 Curtis Cup team.
Hazel is now competing in some pro events and is planning to go to the Tour School in La Manga in the hope of getting her Tour card.
